Compression therapy

Sessions can be booked for 30min, and 1h

This therapy involves the use of air-compressed devices (boots and sleaves) that rhythmically inflate and deflate sequentially to apply graduated pressure to the legs, hips, or arms. It aids in lymphatic drainage and circulation, which helps remove waste products and toxins from the muscles and soft tissues whilst speeding up blood flow to the area.
